Additionally, feel free to contact us if you're interested in learning more about Natural medicine support the for the immune system and respiratory health.

Follow these important tips to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus.

We would like to update you on the precautions we are taking to protect you and your family while you're in our office. We'll also need your help and participation!

Here are the details:

1.) We decontaminate surfaces with products registered with an EPA approval for emerging viral pathogens (suspected to kill Coronavirus). We disinfect all common surfaces daily and any surfaces that patients come in contact with between every patient visit, regardless of whether that patient was exhibiting signs of illness.

2.) We will be doing our own janitorial services so that we know that adequate cleaning methods and products will be used, and additionally to prevent access of further unknown people to our space.

3.) We will not offer any common water sources such as a water cooler for the time being. Please make sure to bring adequate water to your visit in a sealable container if you'll need it.

4.) We have a private restroom in our clinic, which means you come in contact with fewer people's germs than in common restroom facilities.

5.) We will be removing all toys and magazines from our waiting room as a precaution to prevent spread of Coronavirus. Please consider bringing a form of entertainment for you or your children while at your patient visit.

Some important tips that may help protect you and your loved ones:

First, consider making a telephone appointment with one of our physicians to discuss testing, symptoms and antiviral support. At this time, there is no known treatment or vaccine for Coronavirus, however Naturopathic medicine can be of great help to support your immune system.

1.) Don't panic. There is a palpable sense of unease in the media, in public, and among friends and strangers. The best thing you can do is educate yourself about the virus from reputable sources like Centers for Disease Control, and protect yourself with strategies listed below and those found on CDC's website. There is a lot of intensity in our society today, and while this situation is serious, managing your stress level is important to keep your immune system healthy.

2.) Maintain your already stellar and healthy lifestyle! Get plenty of sleep. Work out in your home gym or take a walk/run outside. Avoid consuming excessive alcohol. Don't spend your whole day on screens. Stock up on a modest amount (maybe 1 or 2 weeks worth) of canned or frozen vegetables so that you can eat your veggies with every meal. Dry goods and grains are great, but vegetables are even more important to keeping your system healthy.

3.) Cover your cough using your elbow or a tissue: Throw the tissue away immediately. The virus is spread by respiratory droplets from coughs, sneezes, and saliva, so reusing tissues means you've got a higher likelihood of keeping germs on your hands.

4.) Wash your hands: Make sure that you and your loved ones wash hands regularly with soap and water or use a hand sanitizing product that contains at least 60% alcohol content if soap and water are not available.

5.) Social distancing: Reduce unnecessary social activities with people outside your household, and make very limited trips to public places. When you are outside the house, leave at least 3 feet of space between you and others.

6.) Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth. If you really start to pay attention to it, you'll be amazed at how many times a day you touch your face. If you do touch your face, wash or cleanse the area you touched.
