Coronavirus COVID-19 Update

Please bring a mask to wear during your visit.

Telemedicine Appointments:

We are offering telemedicine visits as well as in-person visits.

Due to high rates of transmission of COVID-19 in Utah, we are prioritizing virtual and telephone visits as an alternative to in-person health care.

New Patients: 

We are accepting new patients and would love to work with you. We can arrange a complimentary Get Acquainted Call to discuss becoming a patient.

Exhibiting Symptoms? 

​

We are not currently scheduling in person visits for patients who are symptomatic.

​

If you are exhibiting symptoms of Coronavirus (fever, cough, shortness of breath) or have had contact with someone known to be infected with COVID-19, schedule a phone consultation with one of our providers to discuss your symptoms and options for testing. 

​

We do offer COVID-19 testing at our office. This testing will be performed as a drive-up service in our facility parking area.
