Resources for Current Patients

Current patients have access to multiple at home resources to facilitate their health care. Health records, after visit summaries, billing information*, calendar availability and appointment requests can be found in your personal patient portal, CHARM. *If billing has not been previously requested, you will need to contact your provider to share this with you.

Supplement ordering is available through our fulfillment partner website, Fullscript.

Lab appointments can be scheduled at our clinic or through LabCorp.
