Service Description

Subscription includes up to two 30 minute visits monthly, with a 20% discount on all supplement orders through our online vendors. You additionally will receive prescription refills and letters at no extra cost while you're on subscription, and for services like shots, IV therapy and bodywork services. A one time subscription initiation fee is required, but if you stay on the subscription, this will not be charged again. If you choose to unsubscribe, then the initiation fee will be assess again on your next billing cycle.
