Resources for Current Patients

Current patients have access to multiple at home resources to facilitate their health care. Health records, after visit summaries and billing information can be found in your personal patient portal, CHARM. Supplement ordering is through our fulfillment partner website, Fullscript. Lab appointments can be scheduled at our clinic or through LabCorp. A summary of our clinic's fee schedule can be found here.
