New Patients

Your initial visit is 90 minutes. In some circumstances we may have a shorter new patient visits, but this is an exception. Costs range from $299-$399.
Follow up visits are generally between 20 and 60 minutes, and are billed based upon the time spent face to face with your doctor.​ Services are $200 per hour.

Our providers generally initiate in depth treatment at your first follow up visit based upon lab results or discoveries from our comprehensive testing and exams. Some treatments will also be initiated at a new patient visit, if they are indicated, or if you're in need of prescription medication refills.
We would suggest that you plan for an initial visit and at least two follow up visits to optimize results and make adjustments. If you are interested in frequent tune up visits, we suggest you consider our subscription services.

Lab Services: We use LabCorp and Quest for our blood draws, both of which can bill commercial insurances. Medicare, medicaid and TriCare do not accept orders from naturopathic physicians.

as naturopathic physicians, we are committed to providing integrative care. Unfortunately, the insurance model limits both the time doctors can spend with their patients, and the tests they will allow. By operating outside the insurance model, we are able to spend more time with you and order tests that will be helpful but that insurance does not consider “medically necessary.” We feel this is important to our ability to optimally care for our patients.

Appointments: We are not able to take insurance or bill insurance directly for appointments. However, many of our patients either use an HSA card for their appointments, or submit claims to their insurance to be reimbursed for appointments.
